✨ What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing our social media channels – from creating and scheduling posts to influencer collabs, community engagement, and performance reporting.
• Designing and producing content and assets for social media, email campaigns, ecomm, journal features, and more.
• Leading community management, including CRM, brand ambassador programmes, and creative collaborations.
• Planning and executing CRM campaigns using platforms like Klaviyo  (training provided if needed).
• Getting stuck into exciting special projects—from new product launches to seasonal campaigns.

🔧 Must-Have Skills:

• A keen eye for design and detail
• Solid grasp of branding and visual storytelling
• Confident with content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, video editing tools)
• Strong social media knowledge, trend awareness, and influencer landscape understanding
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills
• Organised, responsive, and comfortable working from home in a hybrid setup

💡 Nice-to-Haves (or willingness to learn):

• Experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Klaviyo, NetSuite)
• Familiarity with Shopify
• A flair for styling and an active personal social presence
• An interest in budgeting, reporting, or project management tools like Trello
• Curiosity about paid digital marketing (Meta and Google ads)
